Complimentary shipping is only available to US residents at this time.
We aim for your satisfaction with your Loris Perfume purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, please adhere to the following guidelines.
A return postage fee of $8.00 applies, deductible from your refund or payable directly to USPS. Items must be in like-new condition, except in cases of initial defects. "Like-new" denotes unopened, undamaged, unused, and suitable for resale.
Upon receipt, promptly report any significant transit damage. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items.
Returns failing to meet our policy won't be accepted. Certain sale or discontinued items are non-returnable. Partial refunds apply to items purchased through promotions unless all qualifying items are returned.
To ensure fairness, we may restrict future transactions for those with excessive return behavior. Sales to corporate buyers, resellers, and bulk purchasers are final.
For returns by mail:
1. Obtain your order number from your packing slip, shipping confirmation email, or account order history.
2. Prepare your package securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include your printed invoice.
3. Attach the shipping label, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
4. Ship via FedEx to your nearest location.
Track your return using the provided link in your confirmation email. Allow 10-14 business days for processing.
Refunds may take up to one week to credit back to your account.
For order cancellations, contact us within 3 hours of placing the order. Reasons for cancellations include item unavailability, payment processing issues, invalid shipping addresses, or duplicate orders. Refunds for cancelled items paid with a gift card go back to the original payment method; no charges occur for unshipped items.
